Suffocate

the creation

of this asphyxiation

relies upon the air shared

when lips are locked

inhaling exhalations

to hypoxic innervations

the stars you’ll see

blame solely on me

and my insatiable

oxygen depleting desire

after you whisper

sommergimi di carezze fino a farmi affogare*

I make the stars dance through celestial sparks

crowding our heaven

as we fall

together

through the crack of time

one single breath, divine!

    1. Thanks so much Rida! I’m not sure why, but this post did show up in my spam box. Maybe the format is similar to others you have posted; just wanted to let you know in case you were not getting many replies. Have a lovely day!

  1. I was smiling at the end of the first section, from the beautiful use of language and rhyme…truly smiling. I love the concept of sharing the air we breathe, as it’s something we do but do not think about. Then…to the dizzying extreme of apoxia, which makes beautiful sense, as love is meant to take us to wondrous heights. Rarified! πŸ™‚
